Terms & Conditions

Booking and Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the rate plan selected (e.g., non-refundable rates require full prepayment).

Reservations are held until 6:00 PM on the arrival date unless a late arrival is communicated and confirmed.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability 

Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out, if available.

Guests must present a government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in. Minimum check-in age is 21.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time) are free of charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows incur a penalty of one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.

Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of reservation and are non-cancellable.

Payment Terms

Rates are quoted in local currency (e.g., INR if in India, USD if elsewhere) 

Full payment is due at check-out unless prepaid. Cash payments are accepted only at departure.

Hotel Policies

Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. A 500 ₹ cleaning fee applies for violations.

Pets: Pets are not allowed, except service animals with prior notice and documentation.

Damage: Guests are liable for any damage to rooms or property; costs will be charged to the card on file.

Visitors: Non-registered guests are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. In-room safes are provided for valuables.

Vehicles parked in the hotel lot (if applicable) are at the owner’s risk; the hotel assumes no liability for theft or damage.

Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions. Refunds or credits may be offered at management’s discretion.

Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any guest for disruptive behavior, non-compliance with policies, or legal violations, without refund.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your stay will be governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., Uttarakhand, India, or relevant state/country], with exclusive jurisdiction in local courts.

 Amendments

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
